- 1 cup Uncooked Orzo Pasta
- 3 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth

- 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Toss the Chicken: In a bowl, coat the diced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Cook the Aromatics: Reduce heat, add remaining butter, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, then garlic for 1 minute.
- Toast the Orzo: Stir in dry orzo and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Add the Broth and Seasoning: Pour in chicken broth and remaining Cajun seasoning. Bring to boil, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is al dente.
- Create the Creamy Sauce: Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, smoked paprika, and optional red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Combine and Serve: Return chicken to skillet, stir, season to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
