- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 slices provolone, mozzarella, or cheddar cheese
- 4 slices sourdough bread or 2 sandwich rolls
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or pesto (optional)

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
