Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, bisquick mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
- Use your hands or a spatula to mix the ingredients until well combined. Aim for a cohesive dough that holds together.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of a golf ball. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, about an inch apart.
