  • Author: Fatima Garcia

  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Gluten Free

Description

A comforting, gluten-free fettuccine Alfredo that delivers rich flavor without the guilt, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces gluten free fettuccine
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 ½ cups half and half
  • 1 ½ cups fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon parsley
  • Chopped parsley to serve

Instructions

  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a vigorous boil. Cook the gluten-free fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a medium skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and slowly whisk in the half and half. Add the fresh grated parmesan cheese, salt, and a pinch of black pepper, whisking until creamy and smooth.
  4. Drain the cooked fettuccine and add it to the sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated with the Alfredo sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt if desired.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust salt to taste.
