- 2–3 pounds Pork loin
- 4 stems Fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- Mashed potatoes
- Fresh salad
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a fragrant marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the pork loin, ensuring it’s coated evenly. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the glaze.
- In a small saucepan, mix honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium until it begins to simmer.
- Place the marinated pork in a roasting pan and brush it generously with the prepared glaze. Roast for about 25-30 minutes per pound.
- Every 15 minutes, baste the pork with additional glaze.
- Once done, remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
