Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are golden, buttery biscuit bites stuffed with seasoned ground beef and melty cheddar cheese, then brushed with garlicky, Parmesan-laced butter before baking. They are an addictive, crowd-pleasing snack perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat, then stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to combine the flavors. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture and a pinch of shredded cheddar into the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the tops of the bombs with the garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving if desired.
Notes
- Customize the filling by adding chopped pickles, sautéed onions, or bacon bits for extra flavor.
- These bombs are great for dipping in ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce.
