  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush with sautéed garlic and olive oil, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
