Easy Everything Bagel Beer Bread with Cheddar Goodness
Ingredients

- 2.75 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 can (355mL/1 and 1/2 cups) Beer
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning Mix
- 2 tsp Melted butter
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and dried thyme.
- Add the beer: Pour in the can of room temperature beer, stirring gently just until combined.
- Pour into the pan: Transfer the batter into a greased 8×4-inch loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake to perfection: Place the loaf pan in the oven preheated to 375°F and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Cool the bread: Let the bread stand in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
- Brush with butter: Once cooled, brush the top of your bread with melted butter.
