  • 1 can (355mL/1 and 1/2 cups) Beer
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tsp Melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and dried thyme.
  2. Add the beer: Pour in the can of room temperature beer, stirring gently just until combined.
  3. Pour into the pan: Transfer the batter into a greased 8×4-inch loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  4. Bake to perfection: Place the loaf pan in the oven preheated to 375°F and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. Cool the bread: Let the bread stand in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
