  • 15 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Use a sharp knife to slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, taking care not to cut through completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded mozzarella. Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to preference.
  3. Generously spoon the cheese mixture into each chicken pocket, distributing evenly. Secure the open edges with toothpicks to keep the filling enclosed.
  4. Arrange three shallow bowls: Place the crushed Doritos in the first, flour in the second, and whisked eggs with milk in the third.
  5. Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip entirely into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with crushed Doritos, pressing to adhere.
  6. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Sear breaded chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
