- 2 cups lightly salted roasted peanuts
- 8 ounces 60% cocoa baking chocolate (broken into pieces)
- 8 ounces 48% cocoa baking chocolate (broken into pieces)
- 8 ounces white baking chocolate (broken into pieces)
- 8 ounces candy melts (vanilla flavored)
- 1 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Layer the peanuts, 60% cocoa chocolate, 48% cocoa chocolate, white chocolate, and candy melts in the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 1 hour, then stir and continue cooking on LOW for another 1½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Let the mixture sit covered for an additional 30 minutes to thicken.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Drop 2-tablespoon portions onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each.
- Sprinkle holiday sprinkles on top of the wet candies.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until candies are set.
