  • 8 ounces 60% cocoa baking chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 8 ounces 48% cocoa baking chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 8 ounces white baking chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 8 ounces candy melts (vanilla flavored)
  • 1 cup holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Layer the peanuts, 60% cocoa chocolate, 48% cocoa chocolate, white chocolate, and candy melts in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 1 hour, then stir and continue cooking on LOW for another 1½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  3. Let the mixture sit covered for an additional 30 minutes to thicken.
  4. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Drop 2-tablespoon portions onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each.
  6. Sprinkle holiday sprinkles on top of the wet candies.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until candies are set.
