Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls. Place flour in the first, beat eggs in the second, and combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the third.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Place the breaded chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat for all chicken pieces.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. While the chicken bakes, melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
