  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 12 small flour or corn tortillas (6-inch size)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • Additional shredded cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Stir in cilantro if using.
  3. Warm tortillas by microwaving them in a damp paper towel for 20-30 seconds until pliable.
  4. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling onto the lower third of each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
