  • For the Spaghetti:
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While meatballs are baking, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
