- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach (fresh)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta and fresh spinach to the skillet. Toss everything together until the spinach wilts and pasta is evenly coated in the sauce.
- Season with crushed red pepper flakes if desired, and serve hot with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
