Instructions

  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the broccoli florets and blanch them for about 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender. Remove and rinse immediately in cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked ravioli and blanched broccoli into the skillet with the sauce. Gently mix until everything is well coated.
