A refreshing and creamy summer cocktail blending blackberries, coconut, mint, and white rum.

- 10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1 cup Ice
- 4 oz Soda Water
- 2 sprigs Mint Sprigs (for garnish)
- 1 slice Lime Wheels (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp Sugar Lime Rim (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the sugar-lime rim: Mix lime zest, sugar, and a pinch of salt on a shallow plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into the sugar mixture.
- Muddle the ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle fresh mint leaves and blackberries.
- Combine the liquids: Add white rum, fresh lime juice, and cream of coconut to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the rimmed glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water for fizz.
- Garnish with a mint sprig, a blackberry, and a lime wedge.
Notes
- Store prepared cocktails in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours without ice.
- For slushy versions, freeze mixture in an airtight container and blend before serving.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more lime juice or less cream of coconut if needed.
