Delicious Cream Cheese Wontons that elevate any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Scallions
  • 20 pieces Wonton Wrappers
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, salt, and chopped scallions. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Dampen the edges of your wonton wrappers with a little water. Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center, fold into a triangle shape, and pinch the edges to seal.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, honey, sesame oil, and Sriracha (if using). Serve alongside your wontons.

Notes

  • Optional: Garnish with chopped scallions for a fresh touch.
