Description
Crack chicken sliders are Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls stuffed with a mixture of shredded chicken in a creamy cream cheese filling with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon and ranch seasoning. Perfect for game day, get-togethers or simply and dinner with the family!
Ingredients
Scale
- 24 dinner rolls
- 16 ounce shredded chicken
- 2 pack ranch seasoning
- 16 ounce cream cheese (room temp)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella (shredded)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 8 ounce bacon (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375℉.
- Mix together the chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning and bacon.
- Slice the dinner rolls in half making a top and bottom bun with the entire pack. Careful, do not separate them. Place the bottom half on top of a lined baking pan.
- Add the chicken mixture on top of the bottom bun for the dinner rolls, all of it. Then, place the top half of the dinner rolls over the chicken mixture.
- Melt the butter then stir in the cheese. Brush the butter across the top of the buns. Now, place the sliders in the oven and bake until the tops are brown.
- When finished, remove from the oven and allow to cool a bit before separating the sliders and serving.
