Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhangs for easy removal.

  3. Press the crust mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Set aside.

  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl for the topping.
  9. Once the cheesecake is set, lift it from the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Brush the top with melted butter.
