- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside for later use.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Continue cooking until the mixture begins to bubble.
- Once the caramel mixture is bubbling, let it cook for an additional 2 minutes. Carefully pour the hot caramel sauce over the arranged saltines, using a spatula to spread it evenly if necessary.

- Quickly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the melted white chocolate before it cools and sets.
- Allow the candy to cool completely for 30-60 minutes. Once hardened, break it into bite-sized pieces.
