Description
Christmas Eggnog Fudge is a holiday treat. It combines white chocolate, eggnog, and nutmeg.
Ingredients

- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup eggnog
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, with extra for sprinkling
Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with aluminum foil and grease the foil.
- Combine butter, sugar, and eggnog in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Heat to 234º F, using a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Stir in marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top and sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
- Let the fudge cool completely and set. Lift out of the dish, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
- Use a candy thermometer for accurate temperature.
- Grease the foil well to prevent sticking.
- Cool the fudge completely before cutting.
