Description

Christmas Eggnog Fudge is a holiday treat. It combines white chocolate, eggnog, and nutmeg.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, with extra for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Line a square baking dish with aluminum foil and grease the foil.
  2. Combine butter, sugar, and eggnog in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Heat to 234º F, using a candy thermometer.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top and sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
  6. Let the fudge cool completely and set. Lift out of the dish, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Use a candy thermometer for accurate temperature.
  • Grease the foil well to prevent sticking.
