Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 tablespoons Oil or Nut Butter
- 3 tablespoons Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract (optional)
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl: cocoa powder, flour, salt, sweetener, and baking powder.
- Add wet ingredients: oil or nut butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased microwave-safe mug, filling halfway.
- Microwave for 30 to 60 seconds until fluffy. Alternatively, bake at 350°F for about 14 minutes.
