  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pound Green beans
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl. Blend until smooth and set aside.
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and wash them thoroughly. Dry them completely with a paper towel.
  3. Heat the peanut oil in a wok or deep skillet over medium-high heat to about 350°F. Fry the green beans for 3 to 5 minutes until they are wrinkled and tender.
  4. Add the prepared sauce to the skillet and heat over medium until bubbling. Toss the fried green beans quickly in the sauce to coat.
