- 1 cup Chicken broth

- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 pound Green beans
- 2 tablespoons Peanut oil
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl. Blend until smooth and set aside.
- Trim the ends of the green beans and wash them thoroughly. Dry them completely with a paper towel.
- Heat the peanut oil in a wok or deep skillet over medium-high heat to about 350°F. Fry the green beans for 3 to 5 minutes until they are wrinkled and tender.
