Description

Chicken parmesan sliders are easy and delicious when feeding a family or potlucks. Juicy chicken strips layered with tomato sauce and creamy mozzarella cheese on buttery dinner rolls.


Ingredients

  • 12 dinner rolls
  • 810 chicken strips (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. First, make the chicken strips according to the direction on the package.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375℉.
  3. Slice the dinner rolls in half making a top and bottom bun with the entire pack. Careful, do not separate them. Place the bottom half on top of a lined baking pan.
  4. Layer the first cup of cheese on the bottom. Then, add the chicken strips. Next, pour the marinara sauce over the top, then sprinkle the grated parmesan over the marinara. Lastly, add the last cup of cheese on top then place the top of the dinner rolls over the cheese.
  5. Melt the butter then stir in the cheese and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter across the top of the buns. Now, place the chicken parmesan sliders in the oven and bake until the tops are brown.
  6. When finished, remove from the oven and allow to cool a bit before separating the sliders and serving.
