- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 oz)
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- 0.25 cups Bell Pepper (diced)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 cans Canned Croissants
- 1 egg (optional for brushing)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix cream cheese and butter in a bowl until blended smoothly, then add in milk and fold in the shredded chicken, green onions, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll one tube of croissants and pinch together the cut lines to create 4 rectangles from the 8 croissants.
- Scoop ¼ cup of the chicken filling into the center of each rectangle and pinch the corners together to seal.
- Whisk the egg in a separate bowl and brush it over each croissant (optional).
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown, then let them cool slightly before serving.
