Savory Chicken Cream Cheese Croissants That Wow Your Guests


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 0.25 cups Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cans Canned Croissants
  • 1 egg (optional for brushing)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese and butter in a bowl until blended smoothly, then add in milk and fold in the shredded chicken, green onions, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll one tube of croissants and pinch together the cut lines to create 4 rectangles from the 8 croissants.
  4. Scoop ¼ cup of the chicken filling into the center of each rectangle and pinch the corners together to seal.
  5. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl and brush it over each croissant (optional).
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown, then let them cool slightly before serving.
