  • 8 slices thinly sliced ham
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • Peanut or vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Pound the chicken to an even thickness of about 1 cm.
  3. Assemble the rolls with Swiss cheese, ham, and another layer of cheese and ham.
  4. Roll the chicken tightly using plastic wrap.
  5. Chill the rolls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  7. Bread the chicken by rolling in flour, dipping in egg, and coating with panko.
  8. Fry each roll for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Check the internal temperature; if not 75°C, finish in a 170°C oven.
  10. Make the Dijon sauce by melting butter, sautéing garlic, adding flour, then whisking in milk, mustard, and Parmesan.
