Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer until slightly thickened. Let cool.
  3. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface. Cut into 6 to 8 equal rectangles.
  4. Spoon taco meat onto each dough rectangle, top with cheese. Fold dough over filling, pinch edges to seal, forming stick shapes.
  5. Place sticks seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley if using.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
