- 1 pound Cooked Shrimp
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- to taste Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Cheddar Jack Cheese
- 1 loaf Ciabatta Bread
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add cooked shrimp and Old Bay seasoning, cooking for about 1-2 minutes.
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces and let cool slightly.
- Combine shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic, chives, dill, and cheddar jack cheese in a bowl. Stir until well incorporated and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the shrimp mixture generously onto the halved ciabatta.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10-13 minutes.
- Slice into sticks and serve warm.
Notes
- Can substitute Old Bay seasoning with Cajun or Creole seasoning.
- Greek yogurt can be used instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
- Feel free to use just cheddar or a cheese blend.
- A baguette can be used for bite-sized portions.
