Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cooked Shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Cheddar Jack Cheese
  • 1 loaf Ciabatta Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add cooked shrimp and Old Bay seasoning, cooking for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Chop the shrimp into small pieces and let cool slightly.
  4. Combine shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic, chives, dill, and cheddar jack cheese in a bowl. Stir until well incorporated and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the shrimp mixture generously onto the halved ciabatta.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10-13 minutes.
  7. Slice into sticks and serve warm.

Notes

  • Can substitute Old Bay seasoning with Cajun or Creole seasoning.
  • Greek yogurt can be used instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
