  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside on a greased baking sheet to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to evenly coat the chicken.
  4. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the cheddar, and grated Parmesan. Stir until fully mixed.
  5. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of ranch dressing on the bottom.
  6. Place three lasagna noodles across the bottom of the dish. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Then, layer half of the Buffalo chicken mixture on top, followed by a third of the remaining mozzarella.
  7. Repeat the layering process with three more noodles, the other half of the cheese mixture, and the remaining Buffalo chicken mixture. Top with another third of the mozzarella.
  8. Place the last three noodles on top, then spread ranch dressing over this layer. Finally, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  9. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Allow the Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Lasagna to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
