- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- A handful of spinach
Instructions
- Wash the carrots, ginger, and apple. Peel the carrots and ginger, then chop all into small pieces.
- Place the carrots, ginger, and apple into a juicer and extract the juice.
- Stir the juice well, chill if desired, or serve over ice.
