Ingredients
- 12 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
- 12 pieces Mini Mozzarella Balls
- 12 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves
- Toothpicks or Mini Skewers
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
- Sea Salt to taste
- Cracked Black Pepper to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Wash cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Pat them dry. Drain mini mozzarella balls.
- Thread one cherry tomato, a folded basil leaf, and one mini mozzarella ball onto a toothpick or mini skewer. Repeat for all skewers.
- Arrange the assembled skewers on a platter.
- Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper, if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
