Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Generously grease your metal cream horn molds with melted butter.
  3. Slice your puff pastry into 3/4-inch wide strips and wrap each around the molds.
  4. Brush the wrapped pastry with egg wash.
  5. Bake the molds for 12-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
  6. Remove the molds and allow the shells to cool completely.
  7. Fill a piping bag with crema pasticcera and pipe it into the cooled pastry cones.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
