- 1 package Puff Pastry (store-bought)
- 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
- 2 cups Crema Pasticcera (or whipped cream, or chocolate ganache)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Generously grease your metal cream horn molds with melted butter.
- Slice your puff pastry into 3/4-inch wide strips and wrap each around the molds.
- Brush the wrapped pastry with egg wash.
- Bake the molds for 12-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Remove the molds and allow the shells to cool completely.
- Fill a piping bag with crema pasticcera and pipe it into the cooled pastry cones.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
