- Beef tenderloin – 1 lb
- Creole seasoning – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Mushrooms – 8 oz, sliced
- Onion powder – 1 tsp
- Paprika – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Butter – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Combine Creole seasoning, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Cut beef tenderloin into roughly 1½ inch by 1 inch pieces.
- Mix beef pieces with sliced mushrooms, spice mixture, and oil in a bowl until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 90 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Cook the beef and mushroom mixture in two batches for approximately 8 minutes per batch.
- Remove from the air fryer and toss with butter.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or Creole seasoning if desired.
