Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- If desired, squeeze in fresh lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
- Remove from heat and let the sauce sit for a couple of minutes to blend the flavors.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley just before serving.
