Description

This Broccoli Keto Quiche is a low-carb dish packed with flavor. It’s perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 220 g frozen broccoli
  • 4 large eggs
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 60 g shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. Place broccoli in a microwave-safe dish. Cover with 30ml water and microwave for 3 minutes. Halfway through stir the broccoli.
  3. Once done drain the broccoli.
  4. Chop the broccoli and place aside.
  5. Preheat oven to 200C.
  6. In a bowl, beat eggs with sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  7. Stir in parmesan and the broccoli.
  8. Finally, stir in the cheddar cheese.
  9. Grease baking dish with butter. Pour in the quiche mixture.
  10. Bake the quiche for 30 minutes.
  11. Cool on a wire rack and serve.

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Use fresh broccoli if preferred.
