Savoring the Perfect Boxing Day Bagel Delight at Home

- 1 Egg
- Slices of Turkey
- 20 g Melting Cheese
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 10 g Rocket
- 1 tsp Chilli Sauce (Optional)
- Leftover Roast Veg or Potatoes
- Leftover Stuffing
Instructions
- Start by shaping your leftover stuffing into a patty that fits snugly in your bagel. Place this patty into the air fryer basket for an initial crisp.
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 165°C (or 329°F) for 6 minutes.
- Carefully slice the bagel in half. Cut a square of baking paper just big enough for the bottom half of the bagel.
- Sprinkle a bit of melting cheese into the bagel cavity. Crack the egg into the hole and add more cheese.
- Transfer the bagel on the baking paper into the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes for a perfectly soft yolk.
- Spread cream cheese and chilli sauce on the bottom half of the bagel. Layer on the stuffing and sliced turkey and pop into the air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Once done, add rocket on top of the stuffing and turkey. Place the top half on the rocket and serve hot.
