Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, heavy cream, milk, eggs, bourbon, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  4. Carefully pour the pumpkin filling into the prepared pie crust.
  5. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for about 1 hour.
