  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion
  • 50 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dressing:
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 45 g sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Make the dressing; in a mixing bowl combine all the dressing ingredients, except the water.
  3. Mix the ingredients until you have a smooth dressing.
  4. Make the salad; place lettuce, tomatoes, spring onion, and bacon in a bowl.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Finally, drizzle the salad with dressing and serve.
