  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth and creamy.
