- 1 pound large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Add the peeled and deveined prawns to the bowl. Toss them in the mixture until they are well coated.
- Place the prawns in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the prawns evenly.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
- Remove the dish from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
