  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

A rich and creamy dessert that brings together the nostalgic flavors of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, this No-Bake Fluffernutter Pie is simple to make and irresistibly delicious. With a buttery graham cracker crust and a fluffy, sweet filling, it’s the perfect treat for peanut butter lovers. Best of all, no oven is required.

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the crust:
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • For the filling:
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip), plus more for topping

Instructions

  1. Make the Graham Cracker Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until crumbs are fully coated and resemble wet sand. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill crust in the refrigerator.
  2. Whip Up the Fluffernutter Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Fold in the Whipped Topping: Gently fold whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until light and evenly combined.
  4. Fill and Chill: Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and spread evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Garnish Before Serving: Top with additional whipped topping if desired. Optional garnishes include crushed peanuts, drizzled chocolate, or mini marshmallows.

Notes

  • This pie can be made a day in advance and kept chilled until ready to serve.
  • Use a natural or sweetened peanut butter depending on your flavor preference.
  • For a twist, try using a chocolate graham cracker crust or add a layer of sliced bananas to the bottom before filling.
