Fun apple cider and Fireball treats, perfect for celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 cup hot apple cider
- 2/3 cup Fireball whiskey
- 1/3 cup cold apple cider
- 2 packets unflavored gelatin, 0.25 ounces each
- Whipped cream
- Red apple slices
- Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, pour in the cold apple cider and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the top. Stir gently to moisten all the powder. Avoid overmixing to prevent clumps.
- Allow the mixture to rest for about 3 minutes to let the gelatin bloom.
- Pour in the hot apple cider and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the Fireball whiskey and combine well.
- Pour the mixture into shot cups, filling each about 3/4 of the way. Transfer the cups to the fridge and chill for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, and a thin apple slice if desired.
